Lebkuchen
I love gingerbread! And in keeping with my passion for Germany and it's food, culture, etc...I love to eat gingerbread at Christmastime. A couple or years ago, we decided we wanted to try something different for Christmas dinner's desert. I suggested lebkuchen and we've been making it ever since. It's usually left up to me since it was my idea, but I don't mind. It's simply delicious!
